Slides (in Polish) from my presentation about introducing Continuous Delivery in old legacy projects.

I was very proud to give this talk three times so far:

This talk was mostly about basic steps that can be very easily missed if you start to do CD, but your current project was never prepared to be delivered in continuous way. Mostly during this talk I show some tools and talk about real-world examples from my personal experience.

Here is very first version for this talk (used even before first version described in this article during some my academical experience).

Whole talk is basically about communication problems between developers and manual testers. Also this talk covers topics about how to prepare yourself and what traits make a good tester.
